• Pre-Order Item: Please note that this item is available on a pre-order basis. Orders will be processed before being shipped. The estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days is calculated from the date your parcel is handed over to the courier, and does not include the order processing period from the date payment is received

• LOCAL DELIVERY (WITHIN MALAYSIA) Free shipping for purchases above RM250 (SM) RM300 (SS). Tracking numbers will be emailed/whatsapp once your order has been shipped.

• INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE) For Singapore, Brunei & Indonesia, free shipping is available for purchases above RM500. International orders are shipped using SF Express or Aramex, depending on the destination. Order processing will take approximately 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, before being shipped out. Once the parcel has been picked up, the estimated transit time is approximately 7–14 working days. If you do not receive your parcel after 14 days from receiving the tracking number, please contact HADANA Customer Service for assistance.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS DUTY Customs duties, import taxes and other charges may apply to international orders depending on the destination country's regulations. Any applicable charges may be based on:
  • The price paid for the items
  • Postage, packing and insurance
  • Import regulations of the destination country
